Apply for Admission

Fill the REGISTRATION FORM and if required FSMed Postgraduate APPLICATION FORM out completely and submit it to your local POLHN Coordinator. See POLHN Centres for contact details of your local coordinator. Requirements for each course differs therefore those who are already registered will need to fill in an application for each course they wish to participate in.

Am I eligible for admissions?

We'll help you find out if you meet the eligibility requirements for admission.You will qualify for regular admission if you:
1. are a qualified health professional;
2. have support from your Head of Section and your application form is endorsed by your Ministry of Health;
3. have completed with a grade of C or better each of the courses in the list of POLHN preparatory subject requirements .
